A code opens a missing page (404)
- Webflow site: publish your site, then check in Settings → Collection and redirect (Webflow app) that the template page is ready. If the code is a Draft, publish it; if it was archived, restore it. On a multilingual site, click Create in every language if the list offers it.
- Hosted space: check that the code still exists and was not deleted.
“The Designer does not see the collection’s page yet”
A collection created by the app only shows up after the Designer reloads. Reload it (Cmd R or Ctrl R) and open QR Manager again: the assistant resumes where it was.
A permission error when building the page
Switch the Designer to the site’s main language and to Design mode, with a role allowed to change the design.
Google Slides: adding a code does nothing
Google Workspace add-ons can lose access when several Google accounts are signed in in the same browser. Open the presentation in a window signed in to one account only (a private window or a separate Chrome profile).
Windows blocks the desktop app installer
Click More info, then Run anyway. The installer comes from qr-manager.fr/en/download.
“Can’t reach QR Manager”
Check your connection and try again. Printed codes on Webflow sites are not affected: their redirect does not go through our servers.

What is a dynamic QR code?
A QR code that encodes a short, fixed address which redirects to a destination you can change at any time, even after printing. QR Manager also counts its scans.
Will styled QR codes scan reliably?
Every combination of colors, shapes and logo offered by QR Manager is decoded by standard readers in our tests. Keep a strong contrast and test a print before a large run.
Do printed QR codes depend on QR Manager?
On a Webflow site, no — your own site performs the redirect. Codes in the space hosted by QR Manager are redirected by qr-manager.fr.
Can I move a QR code from the hosted space to my Webflow site?
Not with the same printed image, since the address includes the domain. Create the code on your site and replace the printed code when you reprint.
Which languages does QR Manager support?
The interface is in English and French, in every tool. Multilingual Webflow sites are supported in any language.
