Premium Team lets you invite your team to your sites. Members work on the same QR codes and templates, and create under your subscription.
Invite a member
- In the customer area (or the desktop app), open Sites and click Members on a site.
- Enter the person’s email address and choose a role.
- They sign in to QR Manager with that address (email link or Webflow): the site appears in their space selector.
Roles
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Editor | Create and edit QR codes, see statistics. |
| Admin | Everything an editor does, plus the site’s settings, templates and members. |
| Owner | The account that connected the site. Only the owner can disconnect it. |
Change a member’s role or Remove from the team from the same list.
Members depend on the owner's plan. If the owner leaves Premium Team, members lose access to the site until it is back; their own accounts are not affected.
Several sites
Members are per site: invite someone to one site, or to all of them. Your subscription covers every member, at no extra cost.
